As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my mission is to help adults and teens find hope, clarity, and healing. My approach is person-centered and collaborative, built on the belief that while our past experiences shape us, they don’t have to define our future. Together, we’ll work toward growth, balance, and a healthier, more fulfilling life.

I take a holistic view of counseling—mind, body, emotion, and spirit. For those who wish, I’m happy to integrate faith or spirituality into sessions, while fully respecting all beliefs and perspectives.
