The Full Story
After successfully planning multi-million dollar marking events, and now, for more than 20 years, I have had the privilege of helping people find growth, understanding and healing through individualized professional relationships. Nearly a decade ago, I took a leap and opened my own practice. A couple years later, I expanded my work into a more mentoring and professional development support role. Every step of this journey has been deeply rewarding, shaping my perspectives and opening new paths.
I am deeply grateful to continue helping others find peace, direction, balance and fulfillment through intentional new beginnings. As a Clarity Coach, I help individuals find certainty and purpose by creating a safe, supportive space where transformation can happen. My approach is calm, organized and grounded in empathy. With warmth, patience and non-judgment, I honor each person's story, background and pace, empowering them to uncover their own solutions and take intentional next steps.
I guide people to align their daily personal and professional lives with their deeper values, identify meaningful goals, and close the gap between where they are and where they want to be. Using mindfulness, mindset work and effective communication strategies, I help clients navigate career transitions and life changes with confidence.

Chari helped me get “unstuck” in my sorting/purging/organizing process. I was having trouble with some sentimental items, items I was keeping because they had been important to someone else but meant little to nothing to me and items I had been putting off deciding about. One of the areas I have been working on is perfectionism and I have worried about items being too good to give except to certain places or not good enough to even bother giving away. Chari worked with me to accept giving to a reputable charity and letting them make the decision on what to do them rather than dither on it myself for years.
Based on my comments and answers during the sorting Chari created a personalized flow chart for me to refer to when sorting on my own. It asks a lot of the questions Chari would ask if she were there. She also created one for making purchases as that has caused some of the need to do the sorting/purging. General purging decisions are easier now, but I still refer to the flowchart routinely for review and if I catch myself with too much in the keep pile.
Asking questions about why I was hesitating when deciding where to keep/give/throw helped me figure out which of my real reason is rather than a superficial one. This clarified it for that group of items, and I could also use the reasoning later. Working with Chari to sort/purge/organize was a great step forward for me.
