Welcome. Being here means you’ve taken the first step at creating a stronger, healthier, and happier you. You are ready to develop your authentic, empowered self, and in doing so, find your truth, your center. If you've struggled with feeling stuck, hurt, insecure, lost, or even hopeless in the past, know there is an alternative. There is a version of your life where you feel centered, grounded, connected and inspired. There is a version of your life in which you finally come to understand and overcome old patterns that have blocked you in the past. This version allows you to unfurl into your truest and most empowered self.
I attended the University of St. Thomas, where I completed a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling while continuing my studies in psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I completed my internship at diverse agencies and in a private practice setting working with issues such as anxiety, stress, loss of identity, low self-worth, difficulty with relationships and transition as well as career counseling.
After graduation, I started an anxiety-informed training that helps my clients to remove old patterns to move toward healthy ones that create a more fulfilled and meaningful life. Many years prior to that, I became a Professionally Certified Life Coach, while living abroad. My curiosity and desire to learn has continued, resulting in me continuously seeking knowledge and growth.
I counsel from a warm, caring, and loving space where my clients feel heard and validated. I hope to help guide and support you on this journey. It takes a lot to be vulnerable and speak about uncomfortable experiences, but once you do, the shame and blame slowly disappear. Contact me by email or phone listed here and let's get you started.
